AMD OS X announceed that native macOS is available on Ryzen CPUs. No need to use a patched kernel/prelinkedkernel. Currently being classed as beta support and other CPUs are being worked on. All you have to do is use Clover via KernelToPatch and prepared config.plist. Download here and enjoy :)
